Is It Worth $28?
At $28, I wouldn't call it a random impulse buy.
But if flat hair is something you deal with regularly, I can see the point.
The product is specifically made for fine, flat hair, and the whole idea behind it is to give you that fuller, bouncier look without needing to start your hairstyle from scratch. IGK currently lists it at $28 and describes it as providing 2X instant volume with up to 48-hour volume.
For me, the value comes from how easy it is to use.
I'm not buying it because I need another hairspray.
I'm buying it because I want something I can grab when my hair has decided that volume is no longer part of the plan.

The First Thing I Noticed Was How Little I Needed

I Wouldn't Go Overboard With It
This is one thing I learned pretty quickly.

So if you're trying it for the first time, I'd definitely start with less.
Especially if your hair is fine.
You can always add another layer. It's much harder to undo too much styling product once it's already sitting there.
Does It Actually Make My Hair Look Fuller?
Yes, and I think that's where the product earns its place.
The biggest difference for me isn't that my hair suddenly looks twice as big.
It's that my hair doesn't look as flat and lifeless.

Would I Use It on Second-Day Hair?
Definitely.
This is probably one of the situations where I'd reach for it most.
Second-day hair can be great because it already has some natural texture, but mine can also lose most of its volume by then.

And because it works on dry hair, it doesn't feel like I'm adding another full styling routine to my morning.

So, Can This Spray Actually Give Flat Hair More Volume?
After using it, I'd say yes.
